Thank you for your support. Attorney fees to appeal this decision will run into to tens of thousands of dollars. Seattle Fair Growth is an all volunteer organization and 100% of your donation (minus any processing fees) will go towards legal fees and promotion of the appeal.  We could not do this without your support!

Our Mission: To ensure that the City stands by its long-standing promise to collaborate with neighborhoods proposed to be upzoned, to maintain each neighborhood’s distinctive character and livability, while encouraging policies that accommodate increased density, achieve housing affordability, social, and racial justice objectives that benefit the whole city.

We will pursue our mission by seeking a legal determination that the City’s Final Environmental Impact Statement is legally insufficient because, among other things, the City failed to accurately study and/or describe the impacts of its policies, expected growth, needed concurrency, and proposed upzones on all neighborhoods; and because the Final EIS fails to include or identify sufficient mitigation for likely impacts.
