As we enter our 5th season, we’ve never been better positioned to do the valuable work we do. Last year, we launched our brand-new Discovery Center exhibit hall and hosted 190 classes and events both on campus and off. In 2025, we’re looking forward to exceeding that impact and serving even more producers and members of the public.

However, as a nonprofit, our operational income only covers about 30% of our costs, and we need your support to keep our community thriving.

-We pay our producers a fair price for the food and beverages we offer, ensuring their long-term sustainability;
-We pay all our staff a fair wage of at least $19 per hour;
-Featuring brewers, cheesemakers, growers, and other local food artisans at our campus is free for them.
