Financial Support - Duke and Marie Lancaster - Metron Ministries

We have a deep love for the church—the entire church, regardless of location or size—wherever the gospel is preached and Jesus is exalted.

God has called us to strengthen and encourage the church (Acts 15:40-41). Recent studies show that over 53% of pastors have considered leaving ministry since 2020. In 2022, I felt God speak to me, saying, "It will be easier to heal the hurting leaders than to replace them." This has become our mission.

Marie Teaching in OrlandoWe fulfill this calling by training and equipping the church in prophetic and healing ministry, encouraging others through the principles of 1 Corinthians 14:3, and helping develop leaders by guiding them to better understand their God-given design.

This role combines our passion for local church-based missions with our commitment to supporting the local church. It has opened many doors to inspire cross-cultural missions and minister to pastors, leaders, and their congregations.

Our work has taken us across the U.S. and around the globe. Over the past year, we’ve been in more than 40 churches in six countries and had the privilege of ministering to over 250 leaders.
