Therapy saved my life. It's also how I make a living. As a Mental Health Therapist, I (Lindsey) see how important it is for all people to be able to find, and afford, care provided by someone who is trust-worthy and can empathize with a wide range of human experiences. As a white therapist, I also recognize that I am not that person for many people seeking care. Mental health care has played such a huge role in our lives and healing, and we want to support this initiative of ensuring that all people, especially People of Color and Culture, have access to quality, welcoming, and affordable care.
