Memorial Flags Society

The Memorial Flags Society is responsible for the 300 flags that grace the streets of Independence. Originally started as the Avenue of Flags, it has grown to cover our downtown area. This organization is responsible for maintaining the flags and the hanging brackets that they hang from. If you enjoy seeing these flags, please help to support this organization!
