In memory of Susan Melody Blanchard, a longtime Leesburg resident and dedicated cat lover, the "Melody Fund" will support Loudoun County residents to maintain care of their companion animals, in the event of emergent medical/mental health needs. The Fund will also provide support to the foster program to ensure volunteers and waiting animals have much needed resources until matched with forever families.
