METT- Ukraine is all about saving lives, and doing so by intense training of volunteers with mainly military background or relevant experience within the emergency field. To creating teams to assist the military and rescuers on ground. 

We got access to great training facilities in Poland, where our main base is gonna be. 

We also have a passionate main instructor to lead the  NATO standard trainings such as TCCC certified by NAEMT.

Let us introduce you to the main instructor:

Sylwester Winiarski

Owner of SpecMedicalOPS, Paramedic, Veteran of the Polish Military Contingent Contractor in areas of armed conflicts 

-NAEMT TCCC instructor 

-Sport shooting instructor 

- Combat shooting instructor 

- Ex medical instructor of the Special Forces Training Center 

- Author of the manual "Czekajac na Medevac"

 
We also wanna introduce Emily Barro:

She left Denmark on March 10th to go and help out in Poland and Ukraine due to the war. She started out with helping refugees in a refugee camp and later on went became a networker who acquired and delivered supplies in west, central and eastern Ukraine. Then did military based training, joined a military group and became a NAEMT certified Combat Lifesaver. 

Training volunteers to become combat medics and creating teams of medics to prevent casualties deaths is super important as there is lacking medics various places. It is super important to ensure safety both for military groups or supply deliveries. Various organisations will get the possibility to request medics for special types of supply deliveries in multiple areas of Ukraine. Which hopefully makes it easier for organisations to fulfil requests and increase succesrates.
