Israel is a gentle, curious soul who came to Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary after being seized in a heartbreaking cruelty case. He arrived with 13 other goats—malnourished, parasite-ridden, and traumatized. One goat had already starved to death. For nearly a year, we worked tirelessly to restore their health and trust.

Today, Israel is thriving emotionally—but his body is not quite fixed. A severely broken femur that did not heal well in 2023 has left his leg permanently damaged. Recent X-rays confirmed the heartbreaking truth: his joints are beyond repair, and the only humane option is amputation.

Despite everything, Israel remains brave and full of life. And we’re determined to give him the pain-free future he deserves.
