Family and Friends,

As the 2025 holiday season approaches, we are once again preparing for one of our

most cherished traditions: the Mosaic Community Development Center Christmas Store. 

While programs like Toys for Tots and the Salvation Army help families living below the poverty threshold, many hardworking families who are just outside the eligibility range still struggle to afford gifts for their children. 

MCDC's mission is to stand in that gap.  In 2024, we assisted more than 70 families, ensuring nearly 200 children experienced the joy and dignity of Christmas morning.

This year, our Christmas Store will take place on:

Tuesday, December 16th

Thursday, December 18th

Saturday, December 20th

We cannot do this without the support of our partners and friends, local churches, businesses, and generous families. Here’s how you can help:

· Prayers - please pray for our team as we prepare, for the families who will attend, and for the meaningful relationships we hope to build throughout this event.

· Gift Donations - We welcome brand-new gifts valued at $10 or more—with no maximum price.

Each parent will be able to select: One premium gift ($30+ value), and two additional gifts from our main tables. All items are sold for $1 each, helping parents maintain dignity while choosing and purchasing gifts themselves.

If you'd like ideas or wish to donate online, our Amazon Wish List is available on our website.

Items ship directly to us for convenience. We can also arrange donation pickups for local churches—please reach out in advance to coordinate.

· Wrapping Supplies - We need wrapping paper, tape, gift tags, and batteries. Parents can wrap gifts on-site, or our volunteers can assist while we connect with families and share local resources.

· New Blankets, Hats & Gloves - These items—knitted or store-bought—are offered on our “Warmth Table” at no cost to families in need.

· Volunteers - If you’d like to serve, our sign up list is available on our website. Volunteer roles include set-up, greeting, wrapping, cookie donations, and clean-up.

· Monetary Donations - Financial gifts help us purchase additional supplies, gifts, and food for the event.
