Preserve Hope for Generations.

MCC has established an endowment—a fund that will help ensure the long-term sustainability of the MCC building, the ongoing operations of the preschool and the continuous activities. Our vision is to invest the principal, allow it to grow, and use only the interest earned to cover future lease costs and maintenance. Land rent / Lease - $1,000 per year

Utilities/Insurance - approximately $15,000 per year for a total of $16,000./ year just to keep the lights on at the center. (That does not include any salaries.)

This approach will help us secure our home and preserve this community space for generations to come.
