Maya's Hope: Medicines and Diapers for a Girl with Autism and Epilepsy 3

In Ukraine, parents of children with special needs are encouraged to hand their children over to state care. They are told their children are a burden on society. Children are sent to institutions where they are subjected to abuse and neglect. There is minimal support available to parents who fight to keep their children with them. Maya's Hope wants to help relieve some of the burden on these amazing parents and assist in keeping children with their families, where they belong.

Alina is 16 years old. She has Autism and Epilepsy. She needs help with walking, eating and dressing. She lives with her grandparents in a rural village in Eastern Ukraine. Her mother works full time in the city to provide for her daughter. She needs expensive medicines to control her seizures as well as diapers. A family in a nearby village that we help told them about us and they reached out.

Can you help Alina and her family? They do not have any outside support and are struggling.
