Kira is a beautiful 6-year-old girl living in Ukraine with her family. She has one sibling, an older brother. 

Kira was born prematurely due to late pregnancy complications. After birth, she spent a month in the ICU and two months in premature infant care. During this time she underwent two operations due to aggressive posterior retinopathy.


Kira also has epilepsy and asthma. She is a brave and courageous little girl who despite her difficulties, takes all of the burdens that rests on her small shoulders without complaints.

Currently, with the stress from the full-scale war in Ukraine, Kira has resumed epileptic seizures. She needs overnight brain monitoring to find out why she's not responding to her current medications.
Her father is currently fighting for his country.
