Children in the Philippines who live in extreme poverty lack access to quality healthcare. They are often denied assistance and are unable to afford necessities to improve their quality of life.
Sofia is three years old and lives in the Philippines. She has Amelia syndrome. She was born without legs. She also has tongue-tie and cannot speak and cannot eat solid foods.
Her father works as a land caretaker but his income is not enough for Sofia's extra needs.
Sofia needs surgery to release her tongue-tie. This involves COVID testing for her and her mother plus the hospital fees.
Can you help us raise the funds needed for Sofia's surgery and give her the chance to speak and eat?
