Contributions to Matthew Bondy for Civil Court are not tax deductible. Contributions by individuals, associations, PACs, unions, corporations, LLCs, and partnerships are limited to $2,622.45 per donor for the Primary Election and $4,249.95 per donor for the General Election. Partnership contributions over $2,500.00 must be apportioned by each partner’s partnership interest. All LLC contributions must be apportioned by each LLC owner’s interest. Please note that total political contributions from a corporation or LLC may not exceed $5,000 per calendar year in the aggregate to all New York State candidates and committees. Contributions must be from your own funds and must not be reimbursed by anyone. All individual contributors must be either US citizens or permanent resident aliens (green card holders).
