Koan School is excited to announce its annual fundraising drive. This year our fundraising goal is $25,000 and to help us launch our fundraiser, we have a long-time supporter who has stated they will match every $1,000 we raise up to $5,000.

This year is a pivotal year for the school, we are officially 10 years old and have recently moved into our new Upper School building. We also now have dedicated teachers for Art and Spanish so that all students have an opportunity to explore language and the arts. We are also building out the Koan Art Workshop to bring a maker space to the Koan and Denton communities.

Your support will help ensure that Koan can continue to bring these opportunities to the community as well as foster new learning experiences.

About Koan School

Koan School is a non-profit private school serving students in PK - 12th grade. Our mission is to provide a low-cost alternative for private education while keeping class sizes small enough to accommodate the diverse interests and skills of young learners in our community. The school is located on a beautiful 15-acre farmstead, complete with animals, natural ponds, and woods for exploring.
