We are seeking your support to present a public mural in downtown Madison, the birthplace of Mary Cardwell Dawson, a leading figure in opera. Dawson broke racial barriers and created opportunities for Black artists during a time of immense discrimination.

The unveiling event will feature opera performances and educational opportunities for 150 local elementary school students. Your support will cover the costs of the performers, travel, professional sound, and student transportation. Help us honor this hometown legend and inspire the next generation of artists!
