Marine Science Floating Lab 2026

Thank you for donating to the 6th grade Marine Science Floating Lab field trip happening May 8-22, 2026! Thanks to generous donors like you, all 6th grade students (in good standing) will be able to attend this half-day experience on a boat outfitted with oceanographic equipment specifically for student use. All marine science activities incorporate major components of the state science framework.

Students participate in teams, manipulating oceanographic equipment, making observations, and gathering data and specimens from the ocean and sea bottom.

$50 suggested donation, but any amount is very much appreciated!!

Student participation is NOT dependent on donation. Any funds raised beyond the final amount required for this field trip will be added to the FoDaC general fund for future programs and student enrichment at Dana and Correia.
