This permanent endowment was created through a testamentary gift from Ronald L. Plumley. The fund serves as a memorial to his mother. Mr. Plumley’s will indicates that income from this fund “shall be distributed from time to time to individuals and organizations who care for and assist abused and neglected children in Raleigh County.” Income is now being directed to Just for Kids, Inc.
