Madalyn Mendoza's Campaign for Hope for the Future Court

Hey, everyone! Thank you so much for considering donating to my cause.

If I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting you, my name is Madalyn Mendoza and I’m blessed to be a reporter in my hometown, at the San Antonio Express-News. 

My position gives me the opportunity to interact with my community and support the city as it has always nurtured me. My most-recent chance to give back is an invitation from Hope for the Future, an organization which provides Catholic school tuition assistance for local families, to campaign for the Khaki and Plaid Gala Homecoming Court. 

As a 2010 Providence Catholic School graduate, I am the first recipient of Hope for the Future assistance to receive this honor.

Having the chance to help other families afford a quality education the way my mother was brings her hard work and sacrifice full circle. It's something my brother and I have always been taught -- to bless others when you are blessed.
