Goal
Thanks to our donors, since 1998 the Mac Mollison Scholarship Fund has been able to distribute $208,000 to Southwest Oklahoma students for their medical and higher level nursing education. These are ‘our’ kids!
Once a student finishes their training, the impact just one provider can have for a community is significant. The Mac Mollison Scholarship began with the intention of supporting students from this area to help with their school expenses. We have been able to assist with 100 scholarships in these 25 years. This year, we awarded Brian Box, a third year medical student attending the OU College of Medicine MD program, and Jake Duncan, first year medical student at the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. All of our recipients have been so appreciative of the assistance we have given.
Mac Mollison Scholarship Committee members are the Reverend Suzanne Mollison, Steve Hartgraves, JCMH President/CEO, Joe Leverett, M.D, Greg Pickett, D.O., Jentry McLaughlin, D.O., and Amanda Reimer, JCMH. Both Dr. Pickett and Dr. McLaughlin were previous recipients of this scholarship!
We are asking for your tax deductible donations to continue this legacy. With your support, we can carry on the traditions of Dr. Mollison, and further benefit our community with medical provision.
Thank you for your support.
