Universal Access Program

Let’s Share the Sun is partnering with Soluz to provide solar energy options to rural Honduras in the Yoro region. Honduras has the lowest energy access in Central America and rates are especially high in rural areas where 30% lack access to electricity. The partnership will facilitate the Universal Access Program which closes the gap to allow anyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, to access solar energy.

Both Let’s Share the Sun and Soluz are committed to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 7 “Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all”. With your help, we will be able to provide solutions to tackle this goal in some of the most difficult communities in the Western Hemisphere.
