Goal
Our mission: Living with XXY changes how the world views Klinefelter syndrome (47 XXY). Focusing on community, awareness, and positive traits.
An Extraordinary success story from Rodrigo Marron, who was diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome trying to have kids.
Update: I’m a Dad
In Feb 2022, I learned my body doesn’t produce sperm due to being XXY (Klinefelter Syndrome), which I was diagnosed with three months prior. Parents, brothers, sisters-in-law, nephew, niece, family near and far, and dearest friends: we wouldn’t be here without every one of you.
Thank you to Ryan Bergante for creating Living with XXY and putting me in contact with Gareth and Ricardo. Discovering I wasn’t the only guy with XXY has been helpful beyond words. Thanks a lot, fellas! Kindly go to the last image in my post. These are the words Debra said to me when I received my news of “no sperm” and was overwhelmed with sadness, most profound failure, and feeling broken/incomplete. She has said this daily, so much so that she printed them out for me. They are my lighthouse when I get lost at sea. They were in her vows, and never tires of reminding me.
Without Debra, there would be no Rodrigo as you know me today. Without Debra, there would be no Lia Pecot Marrón. Welcome to the world, our little Lia🤎 my courage soars when I see you.
