LifeSTEPS Scholarship Fund

Education is one of the most powerful tools for creating opportunity, economic mobility, and lasting change. Since 2011, LifeSTEPS’ Academic Scholarship Fund has supported residents living in affordable housing communities by providing financial resources that help students pursue higher education, trade schools, certifications, and career advancement opportunities. 

Through the generosity of donors and community partners, the Academic Scholarship Fund has distributed $2,507,511 in scholarships through 784 scholarship awards since its inception. These scholarships help students overcome financial barriers and take meaningful steps toward achieving their educational and career goals. Funding can support tuition, books, supplies, certifications, and other educational expenses that can often stand between a student and their future.
