VIRTUAL LIFEBELTS FOR TURBULENT TIMES

Evexia Foundation and Intercultural Roots have produced a series of short talks as a direct response to the Covid-19 pandemic, which aim to help provide an understanding of how mental health might be affected by the particular challenges associated with life during a pandemic. The information provided in these talks may also help you cope better when you are faced with other life challenges, or to help someone (a family member, friend or colleague) who is experiencing difficulties.

The films are intended to help you help yourself. Remember, the journey to wellbeing starts with the first step, and then the next, but you have to start somewhere.

And you may also be able to use what you learn from these films to throw a lifebelt to others and help someone - a family member, friend or colleague, who is in distress.
