Levie Ebio Fundraiser

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved friend and colleague, Levie Ebio, on October 21, 2026.

Levie dedicated her life to the service of the poor and downtrodden in the Philippines, especially peasants and workers, and served as Philippine Coordinator of ICHRP from 2022 to 2025.

In her role as Philippine Coordinator of ICHRP, Levie served as a bridge between the people’s movement in the Philippines and the international solidarity community, welcoming delegations, sharing the stories of communities, and building friendships that crossed borders. Levie assisted many ICHRP members around the world in their integration with marginalised communities in the Philippines, exemplifying patience, warmth, and unwavering commitment to the cause of peace, justice, and human rights.
 

We are honored to have known Levie and to have worked alongside her. Her legacy lives on in the movement she helped build and in all those she inspired to stand in solidarity with the Filipino people.

We extend our deepest condolences, love, and prayers to her family and loved ones during this difficult time. We humbly ask for your financial support to help her family cover hospital expenses and the costs of her memorial service. Every contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated.
