Let There Be Light Christian Residential Academy is being established in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, with a bold vision: to create a Christ-centered educational community where children are known, nurtured, challenged to excel, and equipped to become leaders who positively impact their communities and the world.

We are building more than an academy.

We are building a place where vulnerable children can experience restoration and stability. Where students can pursue academic excellence. Where faith and character are formed alongside knowledge. Where mentorship, nutritious meals, technology, healthcare, emotional support, leadership development, and a strong community surround each child as they grow.

At the center of it all is Jesus Christ.

A $7 Million Founding Vision

The Let There Be Light Founding Campaign seeks to raise $7 million to help establish the foundation for this vision.

Gifts to the campaign will help advance critical priorities including land and campus development, construction, educational and residential spaces, furnishings and equipment, technology, student programs, and the systems needed to serve children with excellence.

Every gift has a place in this vision.

A monthly gift can provide consistent support that strengthens the work throughout the year. A one-time gift can help meet immediate needs and advance major priorities. A transformational gift can help move an entire piece of the vision from plan to reality.
