We are excited to announce the 10th Annual Lower East Side United Festival. This festival is geared towards providing the community with school supplies, Program information, and access to free resources throughout the Lower East Side, East Village, and the city of New York. So far, we have given out over 20,000+ book bags in 9 years. With your help, we can continue bringing these much-needed resources to the community and keep our youth equipped and ready to take on the world.

During the event, THE COMMUNITY is provided with:

FREE book bags after they visit at least 5 resource tables and get their passports stamped; raffles; giveaways from partnering orgs and businesses; and fun activities such as face painting, balloon twisters, basketball skills and drills, live performances from community organizations, Bio Bus, and much more.

Free information tables include, but are not limited to:

After-school programs, tenant educational information, health and wellness, financial literacy, daycare sites, Senior center sites. Religious-based community programs, volunteer opportunities, shelters, Small businesses info, and much more.
