Legion Rugby 7's is an amateur rugby sevens team competing initially in the U.K and eventually overseas with three key objectives; 1. helping military personnel and veterans’ mental health by offering them a team environment to feel apart of, which can often be lost when leaving the military. 2. Help service personnel transition into civilian life by creating a network to aim in relocation and job hunting. 3.
