Legal Defense Fund: CzechElbit11

On 20th March 2026, a fire destroyed a warehouse facility in Pardubice, Czechia. This facility was owned by Czech arms manufacturer LPP Holding. On this site, according to their own words, LPP Holding had been working on a project with Elbit Systems, Israel's largest arms manufacturer. The police have since arrested eleven people for their alleged connection with this fire; six of them were arrested in Czechia, three in Poland, one in Slovakia, and one in Bulgaria - the CzechElbit11.

Eight of them are currently imprisoned in Czechia, awaiting trial under harsh conditions. They can be legally held for up to 4 years without any conviction.

The accused activists are being charged with two different crimes: taking part in a terrorist attack and membership in a terrorist organization. Both of these charges carry a sentence of 12-20 years with the possibility of a life sentence.

Every euro raised goes directly toward legal defence. Funds cover attorneys' fees, court costs, translation and document preparation. Allocation is updated here as funds are deployed.

Funds are transferred directly to the law firm acting for the defendants.
