Legal Defense Fund: CzechElbit10

The CzechElbit10 are currently held in Czech and Polish prisons, awaiting trial under harsh conditions and with no clear timeline for release. They face serious charges and need significant legal funds, urgently.

Without sufficient evidence, the Czech state has charged these activists with terrorism in connection with a fire at a facility in Pardubice owned by Czech arms manufacturer LPP Holding. The facility holds a direct contract with Elbit Systems, Israel's largest arms manufacturer.

The case

Between late March and early April 2026, authorities across Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Poland arrested ten people in connection with a fire on 20 March 2026 at the Pardubice site, associated with LPP Holding and Elbit Systems. Five are now held in Czech prisons with no evidence and with no clear timeline for release or trial. Others across four countries face ongoing raids, interrogations and device seizures.
