As we launch our year-end fundraising campaign, I’m writing to ask for your support for this astonishing, impactful, powerhouse of an organization. IZL, and its founder, Ginny Whitelaw, bring a unique combination of Zen-inspired leadership training to individuals and organizations around the world—connecting the physical and the meta-physical to ignite the leader in each of us.
This year we have been exploring nature-inspired leadership in our programs, whether in our leadership classes, through FEBI, or in additional programming offered through the Institute. The One Earth, One Health, One With Summit we organized in April of this year was a deep dive into the many ways the natural world can show us how to lead as a force of nature. Since then, our workshops, classes and faculty have further explored those possibilities, whether through collaborations and wisdom sharing with Indigenous Elders and other experts, or by expanding applications in healthcare, or by enriching our leadership qualities as inspired by the natural world.
These times require creative, compassionate leadership. They require an unflinching acknowledgement of the reality of our world and the grace and grounding to not only face this reality, but also to enhance our capacity and imaginations with resourcefulness and love. IZL helps us get there.
