Latina Leadership Initiative of Greater Des Moines

Latina Leadership Initiative of Greater Des Moines (LLI) empowers aspiring Latinas to pursue careers in leadership. Through its interactive curriculum and mentorship program, LLI’s participants build and develop skills in a myriad of topics including, but not limited to, community building, culture, language and social changes, public speaking and career development and advancement.  

LLI promotes heightened awareness of social responsibility and attention to the needs of the Latino community, and is based on the principle that the development and empowerment of young Latina leaders enhances our entire community.
