Friends of Lasdon Park & Arboretum (FLPA) is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization formed for the purpose of aiding in the development of Lasdon Park and Arboretum which is owned and operated by Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.
