Langley Arts Fund: Wishing Wall Project

Langley Arts Fund operates as a partner of the Whidbey Island Arts Council, which provides our 501(c)(3) status. Contributions to the Langley Arts Fund will appear on your credit card or bank statement as Whidbey Island Arts Council. All contributions are fully tax deductible.
