Lancaster Improv Players

Since 2015, we, the Lancaster Improv Players, have served our community through laughter. Our mission? To make Lancaster a funnier place, by performing around the region and training future players in the art of improv. 

Improv is a practice that encourages empathy and understanding, connecting people and empowering them to be their authentic selves. Through improv performances, classes, and workshops, LIP aims to show how comedy can shape a better world, providing people from all walks of life a safe place to laugh.

The arts can be unpredictable, and our organization is growing rapidly; that’s why we appreciate monthly donations. Recurring contributions of any size can make a world of difference; it’s support we can rely on, no matter where the “Yes, And” might take us!

NEW FOR AUGUST 2026:

• Monthly contributors of $10/month who are active from August 2026 onwards will be awarded two free tickets valued at $30 after 6 months of donations. 
  
  
• Monthly contributors of at least $25/month who are active from August onwards are awarded two free tickets and a $30 credit to the LIP merch store, valued at $60 after 6 months of donations.
