Description: (L.E.A.D.) Learn Excel Achieve Discover is a nonprofit organization providing accessibility to mentorship, physical exercise, and social and civic opportunities for individuals with disabilities and at risk youth residing in Phoenix, Arizona and its neighboring cities. Mission Statement: We are committed to presenting opportunities that ensures individuals with disabilities, as well as at risk youth, with alternative pathways to a life spent within the justice system, in group homes, and in hospitals. We advocate for the full participation of these individuals by facilitating enlivening experiences to promote community partnership, open expression, and mental and physical stability.
