The authorities need to look at these kids as adults. They need to be punished and not just a slap on the wrist. They have evil minds. They will one day be an adult and become a dangerous menace to society. The parents taught these kids to have no mercy on animals. Horrible acts like this start in the home where the kids seen it done to other animals.
