Blueprint for Impact is proud to partner with Kids in Parks, a national program of the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation that has spent 17 years connecting children and families to nature through its innovative network of TRACK Trails.


Your support will help expand this proven model, increasing access to outdoor recreation for thousands of children while improving health outcomes in communities across the country.


This $600,000 investment will:

  • Expand the network of TRACK Trails across Western North Carolina and beyond

  • Develop new interactive experiences that deepen kids’ connection to the outdoors

  • Fund critical research on the health impacts of time in nature

  • Support staffing and marketing to scale the program nationally

  • Strengthen a regional health-based financing model to sustain the initiative long term

To ensure the success, visibility, and long-term sustainability of this work, Blueprint for Impact provides:

  • Strategic financing models to help unlock capital and scale the project

  • Impact-driven storytelling and media, including a feature-length documentary

  • A national speaking tour to amplify this work, attract replication, and bring in aligned investment
