Goal

100% of your support will go directly into the hands of the Ukrainian refugee families and will help them meet their most fundamental needs.

According to the United Nations, out of the 6.9 million people who have fled Ukraine since the beginning of the war, more than 3.6 million have made their way to Poland.

Our Kids for Peace Program Director, Asia Moore, is from Poland. Her brother, Maciek Żak, lives in Poland and has joined the enormous Polish grassroots movement to offer free transport and accommodation to the refugees. Kids for Peace in partnership with local Polish volunteers launched a fundraising campaign to hand-deliver cash donations to Ukrainian mothers and their children to help them meet their most fundamental needs.

Thanks to the outpouring of support, we not only met our initial goal of supporting 200 refugees but have already exceeded our fundraising goals 4 times! To date, thanks to YOU, we were able to directly help 1,873 refugees.

We are making distribution plans for our 5th round of funding and you may see pictures of the previous 4 distribution events on our Love for Ukraine page.

Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we humbly continue to raise funds and facilitate this direct support. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Kids for Peace is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 26-1564351. All contributions are tax-deductible. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
