Katy's International Adventures!!

Hello! I'm Katy! In 2010 when the earthquake hit Haiti, the Lord opened my eyes to serving overseas full-time.  As I walked in obedience, He led me to Haiti and beyond!  Short term trips took me to Peru, Guatemala, South Africa, Taiwan, England, Tokyo, and many more.  At the end of each trip, I always wished they would last longer... to really plant myself somewhere and be open to what God would have me do.  

My wish has come true! I have now been serving in Japan for over 3 years and the Lord has been so faithful! I spent my first 3 years in Japan serving in Tokyo by building local relationships, growing in prayer and worship, and serving in the area of finance.  After 3 years serving in Tokyo, I have transitioned to serving in Oita, Japan, where I will continue to diligently obey the Lord in all that He puts before me.

Thanks to the generosity of you and people like you, I am able to walk in obedience to all that the Lord calls me to do. You are a blessing to me! I have recently felt from the Lord to increase my monthly goal to $1800 a month. This will cover everything from housing and bills to short term travel and hosting.  Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
