G.I.F.T's initiative creates jobs, fosters economic growth, and transforms communities by providing grants to Black-owned businesses located in areas historically impacted by redlining. To date, G.I.F.T. has provided $1.7 million in grants to businesses that have created more than 130 jobs. 

It also offers free business coaching, accounting, marketing, and legal services at its business center.
