The piece of garbage that murdered this puppy, tortured and murdered this puppy deserves harsh punishment which society does not seem to do and we need to start. Anyone who would employ cruel and hurtful methods on animals has no right to own, have, be around or work with animals ever!! This scumbag must found, apprehended, prosecuted and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law as some justice to this poor puppy victim and to hopefully deter similar like minded animal abusers.
