Cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your CATS INSIDE safe from sick assholes like this . If they catch this bastard he needs to be institutionalized for life because jail time is not going to solve this dirtbags issues and he could progress to human butchery eventually. Our hearts go out to the owners of Milo- cannot imagine what it would be like to find your beloved cat like that.
