Cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your CATS INSIDE safe from sick assholes like this . If they catch this bastard he needs to be institutionalized for life because jail time is not going to solve this dirtbags issues and he could progress to human butchery eventually. Our hearts go out to the owners of Milo- cannot imagine what it would be like to find your beloved cat like that. I would love to have 10 minutes and a baseball bat with this sorry excuse for a human being.For the people in the surrounding area where this happened keep your cats inside till they catch this prick or you may find your cat like Milo.
