Our offerings have achieved an average $42K salary increase and an estimated $10M in economic impact toward closing the wealth gap: 

• Accelerator: Funds and mentors early-stage founders. 

• Membership Program:  Connects our talent to hiring partners. 

• Fellowship: 500+ grads prepared for roles in the innovation economy.

• AI, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity Program: Launches lucrative careers. 

There’s a clear need to scale our impact. Despite comprising 13.4% of the U.S. population:

• Black households own less than 3% of the wealth in the U.S.

• Black workers represent a much smaller fraction of the tech sector. 

• Black households hold just $15 for every $100 of wealth held by White households.

This year, we’re growing our talent community by 300 new members while positioning our offerings to economically elevate thousands.
