Serving the people of Texas as a Justice on the First Court of Appeals for six years was one of the greatest honors of my career. Every day, I approached the bench with a deep respect for the rule of law and an unwavering belief that our courts must remain a place where due process is paramount and politics absolutely do not belong. With your help I will return to the Court and continue this important work.
