JOSH ARIENI UNSUNG HERO LEGACY GIFT

Mike Arieni was a devoted single father, caring for his mother while working long hours and raising two sons. His son, Josh, also played a significant role in caring for his grandmother, embodying kindness, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility that endeared him to everyone who knew him.

In 2020, a tragic accident took Josh’s life, leaving an indescribable void in the lives of his family and the community. 

In his memory and to honour his impact, Mike set out to create something meaningful.

With support from The Carers Foundation, the Josh Arieni Unsung Hero Legacy Program was launched as an enduring tribute to Josh’s generous spirit. 

This program provides community carers with special experiences, recognizing those who selflessly care for others, often without recognition. 

It stands as a reminder of Josh’s legacy and celebrates the true Unsung Heroes — carers who, despite their own challenges, continue to give strength and love to their families.
