John Biggan for HEB ISD

Dr. John Biggan is a teacher, developmental neuroscientist, data scientist, member of the Hurst Euless Bedford ISD Education Foundation Board of Directors, and played a critical role in the most recent bond election that will bring brand new schools to thousands of students and teachers. 

John is focused on protecting teacher pay, keeping HEB ISD a destination location for world-class public schools, providing strong leadership, and fiscal responsibility.
