Mrs. Beckno passed away at the age of 100 in December 2011, adding a testamentary gift to the fund she and her late husband established in memory of Mrs. Beckno’s parents Oscar Wagoner Johnson and Bessie Elizabeth Cheshire Johnson. The Children’s Home Society of West Virginia and The Family Crisis Center of Keyser, WV, receive distributions from this fund.
