Jim Palmisciano for Richmond Town Council 2024

It is my sincere hope to achieve re-election to the Richmond Town Council in 2024. With a deep commitment to our community's well-being and a proven track record of service, I am eager to continue contributing to the betterment of Richmond.

Having previously served on the Town Council during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020 – 2022), one of the most challenging periods in Richmond history, I have had the privilege of working closely with our dedicated town staff and community members to help our citizens in the most trying of times. We emerged from the COVID period only to be challenged with new threats to our community by extreme political partisanship and rhetoric. This divisive approach is not offering solutions to the challenges our town faces, and have frankly taken us backwards. I have a firm understanding of the real challenges we face as well as the untapped opportunities that lie ahead. 

My track record, along with my desire to serve all the members of our community, fuels my ambition to seek re-election to the Richmond Town Council. I am eager to bring my experience, vision, and passion for our community to the forefront as we work together to create a better future for Richmond.

I am committed to engaging in open dialogue with the committee members and our community at large to discuss how we can move forward together.
