Jayden Manasse | 12hr Water Carry Challenge for Clean Water

Jayden Manasse is taking on a 12-hour water carry at the Westfield Ultra, where he will carry a 45lb jug of water to raise $5,000 for MissionCleanWater.

Jayden first connected with MissionCleanWater in 2023 while filming a mini documentary at the MCW Ultra. At the time, he was not a runner, but seeing people push through the highs and lows of endurance challenges stayed with him. Two years later, he signed up for the 6-hour race with little training, using the challenge as a way to face his own mental health struggles and prove he could keep moving forward.

This year, Jayden is taking on something even more meaningful. By carrying water for 12 hours, he is using his own challenge to represent what many families experience every day when clean water is miles away. For some communities, water means long walks, heavy containers, lost time, and difficult choices.

Jayden’s goal is to help bring clean water closer to families who need it most. Every donation supports MissionCleanWater’s work to create reliable clean water access and reduce the daily burden of water collection.
