FIRST WE MARCHED. NOW WE ACT.
On January 21, 2017, five million people in 576 marches across the globe stood with the Women's March movement to demand justice. On January 21, 2018, Women's March Florida will lead a statewide Day of Action to continue this fight. We need your help to make this event a success.
Hosting events of this size will require permits and infrastructure, all of which cost money. In addition, we will be raising relief funds for our sister islands of Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and the Florida Keys to help the people affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
After covering the direct costs of helping the volunteers in our chapters host the events (permits, security, infrastructure, etc), the remaining funds will be donated to charitable organizations helping people in our sister islands.
If we all pitch in, we can make this event historically great. Join us. Be a part of history.
